My Email Address isn’t working when I sign up?

First, make sure you’re connected to the network, and have the correct email address and password entered. If you want to make sure everything is right, click on the “Show” link in the password field to reveal what you’ve typed. If all of that looks good, and you’re still having issues, try quitting the app and logging back in. If that still doesn’t work, please dropĀ our support team a message so we can help get you sorted.
